Chicago’s Fannie May, is celebrating 100 years of handcrafted American chocolates.

To mark this milestone, Fannie May has made updates as they looks toward the future.

To mark the 100-year milestone, Fannie May is renovating stores to reflect the American chocolate shops of the 1920s. The architectural vision was inspired by the Americana style and incorporates design aesthetics to showcase Fannie May recipes.

The Park Ridge & LaGrange stores, which are officially re-opening this week, are the first two shops to feature a digital canvas that demonstrates the production of Fannie May chocolates to guests. The centerpiece of each of these shops is a rounded, full vision chocolate case to create an assortment of chocolate. In addition, Fannie May has also added seating areas for people to partake inchocolates, coffee and ice cream.
