Italian Village peels back National Garlic Month with special Garlic Fest menus available for the entire month of April. I

A sampling of the dishes available at The Village and La Cantina include the Gnocchi con Pollo e Spinaci featuring potato dumplings tossed with sun dried tomatoes, chicken, spinach, roasted garlic cream sauce, topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, the Trota Iridea Arrostito con Patate e Spinaci, an oven roasted Rainbow trout topped with garlic white wine sauce over sautéed potatoes and spinach and Manicotti con Frutta di Mare prepared with oven baked crepes filled with Maine lobster meat, shrimp, scallops, salmon and seasoned ricotta cheese and a garlic tomato sauce.
