Leave the holiday meal preparation to the professionals and spend more time relaxing this Thanksgiving with the chef-made ‘Thanksgiving at Home Dinner’ from Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park, 200 North Columbus Drive. This Thanksgiving, diners can order, pick-up and experience a holiday spread prepared by Fairmont Chicago’s Executive Chef Sean Curry, complete with an American Bronze Turkey, a variety of side dishes, dessert, and more, on Thursday, November 22. The Thanksgiving at Home Dinner package costs $275 plus tax and serves eight. Hosts and hostesses can place orders online through Friday, November 16.
This year’s menu boasts elevated takes on classic Thanksgiving dishes, including an American Bronze Turkey with Michigan cider brine and traditional turkey gravy, Chef’s signature sausage and apricot stuffing, parmesan and roasted garlic mashed potatoes, maple bourbon sweet potatoes, caramelized Brussel sprouts, green beans and charred mushrooms, orange-scented cranberry preserves and brioche dinner rolls with honey sea salt whipped butter. Diners will also have their choice of either old-fashioned apple pie, traditional pumpkin pie, or southern pecan pie, to finish the meal off on a sweet note.
Additional items are available and all are plus tax: Roasted turkey $110, pre-carved fee $35 per turkey, sides $20 each and pies $25 each.
Dinners will be available for pick up on Fairmont Chicago’s B-2 level on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22 between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Orders must be placed by 3 p.m. on Friday, November 16.
