Fabulous Freddies of Bridgeport Celebrates 31 Years on 31st Street

Fabulous Freddies is celebrating their anniversary with a Year in Review Food Pack. The Year in Review Food Pack includes a 7-piece Lawrence’s Shrimp, single Yerminator Burger, and a Do-Rite Donut Cake Shake for $20.21.

To create the Year in Review Food Pack, Fabulous Freddies has partnered with a variety of Chicago businesses to help celebrate their milestone. First up, Freddies is now selling a variety of artisanal donuts from Do-Rite Donuts, including their Cake Shake Donut which is part of the food pack. Next, Freddies has developed a partnership with Lawrence Fish and Shrimp, a family-owned Chicago seafood shop. You can sample their fried shrimp in the Year in Review Food Pack, for a limited time.

And to top off the food pack, not only is Freddies celebrating their anniversary this year, but 2021 also marks the inception of its best-selling sandwich. The Yerminator Chimi Burger, inspired by White Sox player Yermin Mercedes and his Dominican roots. Yermin Mercedes had a hot start to the baseball season in April; including breaking an all-time hitting record with eight consecutive hits to start the year, one of which was a 485-foot home run. Located close to Guaranteed Rate Field, Freddies created the Yerminator Burger to celebrate Yermin’s successes. The burger features fresh ground beef patties seasoned with traditional Dominican flavors.
