Experience Vajra Winery at entente

entente is welcoming G.D. Vajra winery founder, Giuseppe Vajra, for a dinner at entente on Wednesday, February 28. This five-course wine dinner features sips from the family’s estate in the Piedmont region of Italy. The restaurant’s Michelin-starred cuisine prepared by Chef Brian Fisher pairs with a selection from the character-driven wines of the Vajra estate.

During this intimate evening of fine wine and food, Giuseppe will share the stories of this region, alongside glimpses into his family's heritage, vinegrowing and winemaking.
