The Florentine is whisking guests away to Tuscany on Friday, May 13 with a special wine dinner hosted in collaboration with family-owned and operated winery Marchesi de’Frescobaldi, native to the Tuscan region in Italy. Brooke Tarkin, an ambassador of the well-renowned winery, will help guide the evening along with The Florentine’s sommelier Alexandra Sarovich. The evening will begin with a complimentary aperitivo toast upon arrival of Pomino Bianco Chardonnay (2014) and passed sopresatta, fava and pecorino, and asparagus and fresh ricotta crostinis.
