During March’s class, guests will taste a diverse selection of wines – high acid versus low acid, light body versus heavy body, fruity versus sweet, and more – in order to pinpoint wines they enjoy, and learn how to properly describe the wines they are drinking.
In addition to sipping premier wines, guests will also be served an assortment of cheeses, charcuterie and chocolates to pair.
