Collaboration Dinner West Loop

Chef/Owners Anna and David Posey of Elske are welcoming longtime close friend and fellow chef Greg Baxtrom of Brooklyn's Olmsted to cook dinner at the restaurant this Sunday, August 6th.

For one-night-only, Baxtrom will be serving up signature dishes at the restaurant. All of the dishes will be available a la carte, along with Elske's regular menu. Dishes on the menu for the evening will include: 

Fried Pickled Fiddlehead Ferns
Crawfish Crackers
Watermelon Sushi

Small Plates
Crab Rangoon
Carrot Crepe

Pea Falafel
Scallops with corn and chanterelles

Frozen Yogurt with lavender honey

Olmsted Elske 0000 Kale Rangoon
