This March, Eataly Chicago is hosting its first Vino Camp of the year, a program which features three wine events. This series is the first of three Vino Camps that will take place throughout the year, each highlighting a different producer and varietal.
The 2024 series will kick off with Vino Camp: Chianti, from March 21-23. Guests will taste and learn about this earthy red wine with three experiences highlighting the Tuscan vineyards of Tenuta di Nozzole. The program includes:
A Private Dinner with the Winemaker (3/21): In this private session, join the winemaker for a four-course dinner inside Eataly’s private event space, Il Salone. Taste and learn about selections and vintages wines from Tenuta di Nozzole.
A Walk-Around Food and Wine Tasting (3/22): Sip on and learn about more than 35 Chianti Classico wines from Tuscany and beyond with several bites to pair.
A Wine Seminar (3/23): Enroll in Eataly’s cooking school, La Scuola and delve into the history, production, and flavors of Chianti Classico with three-course traditional food pairings crafted by Eataly’s La Scuola Chef.
