The Bristol will have a special prix fixe menu, featuring classic and new dishes from Chef Todd Stein. Each table will have a board of savory
starters to share, a brunch entree per person and coffee/tea/juice.

- Smoked pork hash with roasted vegetables and bacon hollandaise
- Soft shell crab BLT and duck fat fries
- Smoked and roasted salmon benedict 4) Cinnamon & wildflower greek yogurt with fruit and granola
