Easter Brunch at Bohemian House

This Easter, round up the whole gang for a three-course family-style Sunday brunch, in true BoHo fashion. Bohemian House will be serving up Central European-inspired takes on your morning favorites. Start by enjoying Czech Bread for the table, served alongside house honey butter. The main course presents a host of choices, including Bavarian Pancakes with whipped farmer’s cheese, poached plum and fresh meringue, Pork Schnitzel with sauerkraut, emmentaler cheese, fried duck egg and pork jus, Cured Salmon with meyer lemon marmalade, miner’s lettuce and crispy maitake mushrooms, Beef Collar Goulash, and more. Sides to accompany include the Grilled BoHo Bacon, Potato Pancakes, Rye Biscuits and Cucumber Mizeria Salad, to name a few. Select three mains and three sides for the table. The end to the experience: a round of Raspberry Kolackys. Of course no experience would be complete without a few drinks, and BoHo’s Build-Your-Own Mimosa Bar (…and regular bar) will be in full swing.
