Passover Dinner for Two created by avec. The menu includes: carrot, endive, and golden raisin salad with harissa vinaigrette; matzoh ball soup with preserved lemon, chicken and dill; warm gefilte fish with spiced tomato chraime; pomegranate braised lamb shank with white bean stew and date charoset; and burnt honey cake for dessert. The Smith (River North)

The Smith is offering a Passover Dinner for Two or Four through their meal kit service, The Smith at Home. Options include: Deviled Eggs, Matzah Ball Soup, Apple & Goat Cheese Salad, Red Wine Braised Brisket, Braised Rosemary Chicken, Grilled Asparagus, Garlic Smashed Potatoes, Flourless Chocolate Cake and Coconut Macaroons. Available for pick up 3/25 - 3/27. Deadline for ordering is by noon the day prior to the order date. Passover Specials in-house at the restaurant will include: Matzah Ball Soup, Red Wine Glazed Brisket with parmesan whipped potatoes, creamed kale & horseradish cream, and a Flourless Chocolate Cake. 

The Goddess & Grocer 

The Goddess and Grocer offers a catering menu full of items to help celebrate the Passover holiday. The menu features Kugels, Soups, Salads, Appetizers, Main Courses, Sides, and Desserts. New for this year is a Seder Dinner ($75) catering option for two people for one night; or one night for two people. 

All Passover orders must be confirmed with payment by Wednesday, March 24 at 3 p.m. Guests can place their orders by emailing catering@goddessandgrocer.com, by calling the store or visting their website online. Delivery is available for orders of $75 or more and fees start at $20 or more and are based on location. Deliveries will take place on Saturday, March 27 between 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. and Sunday, March 28 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pick-up is available at any of The Goddess and Grocer's three locations and select items from the Passover menu will be available in stores.

Seder Dinner

  • 2 Gefilte Fish with Horseradish and Beet Puree

Butter and Vine (delivery)

What started as an events and catering company is now a virtual restaurant, delivering meals twice per week from their kitchen. They are offering Passover options for one or two nights worth of meals. Nightly pricing starts at $29 per person. 

The menu options includes: Egg & dill salad, tuna salad, matzah ball soup, gefilte fish with horseradish on the side, brisket dinner with mashed potatoes and greens, herb brick chicken with mashed potatoes and greens plus a box of matzah and a seder plate per family. 

Orders need to be placed by March 24th for home delivery on March 27th. Check out their website for details and ordering instructions.

Allgauer’s on the Riverfront (Northbrook)

Tucked within the Northbrook Hilton and overlooking the Des Plaines River, Allgauer's will be offering a Passover meal option for Dine In only, with private rooms for small groups available at no charge in the adjoining hotel. 

The meal option ($42/person) includes: One Seder Plate, Appetizer, Soup, Salad, Matzo, Entrée, Sautéed Green Beans and Herb Roasted Red Potato Wedges, Dessert, Freshly Brewed Coffee, and Hot Tea.

The Sedar Plate itself includes: hard boiled egg, lamb shank, salt water, parsley, haroset, horseradish root & matzo.

Entrée options include choice of two of following: Herb roasted half chicken or brisket of beef  with caramelized onions or grilled aalmon with light lemon caper buerre blanc Sauce or Passover vegetable lasagna.

Grill House (Northbrook)

For the second year in a row, Northbrook community restaurant Grill House, will be catering Passover items. From Matzo Bowl soup, to tender brisket with gravy sold by the pound, roasted chicken, green beans almondine and roasted potatoes, bottles of wine, desserts and more. Easter (April 4)

Rye Deli + Drink (West Loop)

A package on Tock called “Easter Party at your Mamma’s House” will be available for pick up starting Friday, March 19th through Easter Sunday. The package will cost $149 and will include one briefcase record player, one Rolling Stones “Let it Bleed” record, two Matzo Ball Soups and one WAP Mimosa kit.

Cafe Robey (Wicker Park)

Cafe Robey will offer regular brunch service on Easter Sunday from 8am-3pm. As a special, the restaurant will put a handful of Easter eggs on each table. Most of the eggs will contain candy, but several will have prizes, such as a complimentary meal for two at Cafe Robey or a complimentary one night stay in an Urban King guest room (blackout days may apply). 

Formento’s (West Loop)

Formento's will offer Easter Brunch from 10am-2pm. The prix fixe is $29 per person and the menu can be found on their website. Dinner Hours: 5pm-9pm (normal a la carte dinner + Chicago Restaurant Week)

The Bristol (Bucktown)

The Bristol will offer Easter Brunch from 10am-2pm. The prix fixe is $33 per person and the menu can be found on their website. Dinner Hours: 6pm-9pm (normal a la carte dinner + Chicago Restaurant Week). Snow Globes will be open for both. Brunch will require $100 deposit (to be applied towards bill).

Andros Taverna (Logan Square)

Logan Square’s newest restaurant is launching weekend brunch service starting Easter weekend. In addition to that, they are hoping to draw attention to Greek Easter, which is on 5/2. Starting on Sunday 4/4, they will be offering a spit-roasted lamb on those five Sundays leading up to Greek Easter to celebrate. Chef Doug Psaltis’s special Easter menu includes: the Mezze Collection, The Andros Salad, Crispy Kataifi Cheese Pie, Spit-Roasted Spring Lamb Souvli served with sweet peas arakas latheros, potatoes fournou and artichoke avgolemono. For Dessert, enjoy a Chocolate Egg from pastry chef Hsing Chen. $68/person

avec River North (River North)

The new avec in River North is opening early for the first time, offering a special Easter brunch service on Saturday April 3 and Easter Sunday, April 4. Reservations are available via TOCK from 10am-2pm. Order pastries such as a raspberry rose kouign amann or lemon poppy seed tea cake, and a variety of brunch small plates and entrees in avec’s rustic Mediterranean style: whole grain farro with soft boiled egg, marinated kale, cucumber tzatziki, and pickled mushrooms; baked eggs in roasted pepper piperade with PQB ciabatta; wood oven-baked french toast with rhubarb compote, mint and almonds; paella with confit chicken thigh, baked eggs and tangerine aioli; sides including crisp potatoes with bravas sauce and roasted garlic aioli, plus other One Off restaurants represented with The Publican bacon and PQM breakfast sausage, and much more. Reservations available on TOCK.

FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar (River East)

FireLake Grill House & Cocktail Bar, the restaurant located at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel, is offering a three-course meal on Easter Sunday. Guests can start with a salad choice of Shaved Asparagus Mint Salad with toasted crushed hazelnuts, shaved asparagus, chopped mint, parmesan shavings, lemon honey dressing; or a Spring Market Salad with sunflower seed granola, dried cranberry, tomato, avocado, goat cheese, radish croutons, fresh herbs, cucumber, champagne vinaigrette. Entree options include a choice of Prosciutto Wrapped Tenderloin with roasted fennel and sour cream mashed potatoes; or Seared Salmon with grilled corn salsa. Dessert options include Carrot Cake with  cream cheese icing, shredded carrots, coconut, pecan pieces, crushed pineapple, pecans; or Tiramisu with frangelico mascarpone mousse, coffee syrup, milk chocolate, dark chocolate glaze, salted chocolate hazelnut.

Gemini (Lincoln Park)

Gemini in Lincoln Park is hosting brunch and dinner this Easter. On the brunch menu, diners can experience Challah Stuffed French Toast, Croque Madame, Thick Cut Bacon Benedict, and more. For dinner, guests can choose from special menu items including Seared Ahi Tuna, Spiral Cut Honey Baked Ham, and more.

Rainbow Cone (Beverly)

Rainbow Cone is offering sweet treats this Easter. The special Easter Cake is a classic 8-inch Rainbow Ice Cream Cake featuring Chocolate, Strawberry, Palmer House, Pistachio and Orange Sherbet flavors, decorated with peeps, candied eggs and Easter-themed buttercream frosting. Or the Easter Bunny Sundae featuring Pistachio and Vanilla ice cream, candied bunny ears, chocolate egg candies in a waffle bowl.

The Easter cake is $46.50 and must be ordered 24 hours in advance. The Easter Bunny Sundae is available in three sizes such as Baby - $5.99, Small - $7.29, or Large - $8.39.

Sepia (West Loop)

Sepia offers its Michelin-starred cuisine for a multi-course takeout brunch menu for Easter weekend. Start with Blueberry-yuzu muffins and sesame streusel, plus your choice of: Smoked Salmon Rillettes or House Granola with Vanilla Yogurt and Fresh Fruit; Sourdough Waffle with maple butter and cherry jam; Baby Arugula Salad; and finally, choice of Spinach, Leek and Goat Cheese Quiche or Classic Quiche Lorraine. Add luxe sides such as: Kaluga Caviar, Potato Chips, French Onion Dip ($100); Grilled Asparagus, Sauce Gribiche ($12); Smoked Salmon Rillettes, House Granola and more. Stan's Donuts & Coffee

Peep donuts, pastel-glazed mini cake donuts in packs of 4, and launch of the new Carrot Cake donut. For dinner, Sophia Steak is offering Easter specials such as Slow Roasted Lamb, Lobster Bisque, and Alaskan Halibut. Weather permitting, Sophia Steak will be open for guests on the patio. 

Steak 48 (River North)

Steak 48 will open early on Easter Sunday for brunch at noonSteak 48 will be offering their full menu a la carte, featuring options such as the Steak Farina (named after local legend Dennis Farina) which is a fried egg on a bone in filet served with toast along with their regular full menu dinner items such as chicken fried lobster tails, Alaskan king crab and rock shrimp mac & cheese, whole Colorado rack of lamb and their wide selection of prime steaks and chops wet-aged for 28 days.

The Dearborn (The Loop)

The Dearborn reopened this month in time for its owner’s —two Ireland-born sisters Amy & Clodagh Lawless — favorite Irish holiday, and are now gearing up to celebrate Easter as well. For Easter brunch, order savory dishes such as Chorizo & Poblano Hash, Rabbit Poutine and Chicken Tinga Tostadas. Sweeter items include Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread, Dutch Apple Pancakes and a savory Pearl Sugar Waffle. For lunch, expect an additional offering of sandwiches including the Tale of Three Prosciuttos and a Grilled Salmon BLT.

The Smith (River North)

The River North restaurant is offering packages for both Easter Brunch and Dinner, available through The Smith at Home. For Easter Brunch for Four including Everything Croissants, Smoked Salmon, Baked Eggs & Pancakes, plus Bloody Mary Mix and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice. For Easter Dinner for Two or Four including Deviled Eggs, Spring Pea & Avocado Salad, Burrata, Braised Lamb Osso Buco, Grilled Asparagus, Parmesan Polenta, and Citrus Coconut Tart & Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Cookies for dessert. Aba is offering an Easter menu to-go that includes Spicy Hummus with crudite and housemade bread, Leafy Greens Salad with Tahini Vinaigrette, Za’atar Roasted Chicken, Beef Tenderloin Kebab with Lemon Dill Rice, Brussels Sprouts and Creme Brulee Pie. Add on specialty items like Charred Oregano Lamb Chops with roasted potatoes, cocktail kits, and bottles of wine. The Easter to-go menu is $54.95 per person, plus tax and is served cold with reheat instructions. Orders must be placed one day prior at 8:00 PM for pick-up and deliveries between 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4. Aba will be open on Easter Sunday serving the regular menu for dine-in, carryout and delivery.

Antico Posto (Oak Brook)

Special for Easter, Antico Posto will be offering Linguine Frutti di Mare with calamari, shrimp, mussels and garlic tomato sauce for $24.95, plus tax, Lamb Chop Risotto with creamy Arborio rice, baby spinach and lamb au jus for $26.95, plus tax, Grilled Halibut with grilled asparagus, toasted fregula and lemon dressing for $28.95, plus tax and Lemon Cheesecake for $8.95, plus tax. The specials are available for dine-in, carryout and delivery. The regular menu will also be available.

Beatrix 

Beatrix is offering a Easter brunch menu to-go featuring Fresh-Squeezed Valencia Orange Juice, Greek Yogurt, Granola and Berry Parfait, Scrambled Eggs, Pecan Praline French Toast, Brown Sugar Bacon and Chicken Sausage. The Easter Brunch is available on Sunday, April 4 and is $28.95 per person, plus tax and can be ordered for groups of 2, 4 and 6 and is served hot with reheat instructions. Add on 3 oz. of lobster to top on your eggs, a Bloody Mary or Mimosa Kit, Take & Bake Cinnamon Rolls or the Easter Cookie Decorating Kit at an additional cost. Orders must be placed by Saturday, April 3 at 2:00 PM for pick-up or delivery on Sunday, April 4 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. The regular menu will be available for those dining in the restaurant. Beatrix Market 

Mix-and-match holiday dishes to create a holiday menu at Beatrix Market including Roasted Ham with Maple Glaze, Rosemary Brown Butter Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Baked Macaroni and Cheese, and Oh My! Caramel Pie. The menu is a la carte, served cold with reheat instructions and has the option of each dish serving 2 or 8-10 guests. Orders must be placed by Wednesday, March 31 at 5:00 PM.

Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! (Lincoln Park)

Easter Brunch to-go for two or four, with French Toast with candied marcona almond Nutella, Egg and Manchego Empanada with smoky chorizo and more. The package is $45 for 2, plus tax or $90 for 4, plus tax, and is available for carryout or delivery via Tock. Add on Ba-Ba Bloody Marys or a “Ba Bamosa Kit” to-go for an additional cost. Ema (River North)

Ema's Easter Package To-Go includes Toasted Almond & Garlic Spread with House-bread and crudite, Leafy Greens with Preserved Lemon Vinaigrette, Lamb Meatballs with Tomato Ragu and Labneh, Rotisserie Chicken, Crispy Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts and Honey Pie. Add-on Ema's Spread Sampler, bottles of wine or cocktails to-go. The Ema Easter Package To-Go is $48.95 per person, plus tax and is served cold with reheat instructions. Orders must be placed 24-hours in advance for pick-up and deliveries on Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4 from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM. The regular menu will be available for dine-in, carryout and delivery on Easter Sunday.

Fogo de Chão

Fogo de Chão will celebrate Easter with a special brunch menu served from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., then dinner from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m. at all locations (the Full Churrasco Experience is free for kids six and under, half price for those 7 – 12). For those looking to celebrate with family at home, Fogo is offering a premium, ready-to-eat Easter Day To-Go package that serves six and includes the choice of two fire-roasted meats, sides, salads, pão de queijo (cheesy bread rolls) and cocoa fudge brownies to share. The package is available for delivery and pickup from all Fogo restaurants at any time on Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4 (pre-order no later than Thursday, April 1).

L. Woods (Lincolnwood)

Special for the holiday, L. Woods is offering Prime Rib (Queen Cut for $33.95, plus tax or King Cut for $36.95, plus tax), available for dine-in or add on to your carryout via ChowNow on Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4 for lunch and dinner. The restaurant is also offering an Easter BBQ Pack to be prepared at home that serves 2 and includes Caesar Salad, the choice of BBQ Baby Back Ribs and Chicken or Mahogany Roasted Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese, Coleslaw and Key Lime Pie. The Easter BBQ Pack is $79.95, plus tax and is available Saturday, April 3 from 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM and Sunday, April 4 from 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM for carryout or delivery. Orders must be placed by Friday, April 2 by 5:00 PM.

Lil Ba-Ba-Reeba! (River North)

Lil Ba-Ba-Reeba! is open for dinner on Easter Sunday serving tapas including the made-to-order Tortilla Española, Stuffed Mushrooms with spinach, manchego cheese and a slice of lemon, and more. Add on a glass or pitcher of Classic Red, Rosé or Cava Sangria with freshly chopped fruit, or a handcrafted Spanish cocktail. A variety of imported Spanish wines are also available by the glass or bottle. Indoor and outdoor seating, plus carryout and delivery are available.

Mon Ami Gabi (Lincoln Park)

Mon Ami Gabi - Chicago is offering a four-course Easter meal to-go on Sunday, April 4 including Spring Artichoke Soup with whipped ricotta and parsley oil, choice of Halibut or Braised Lamb Shank with pistachio pesto. The Easter to-go menu is $68 per person, pus tax (gratuity not included) and is available for pick-up and delivery. Orders must be placed by Thursday, April 1 by 10:00 PM for pick-up or delivery on Sunday, April 4 from 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM.

On Easter Sunday, join Mon Ami Gabi - Oak Brook for a holiday brunch from 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM with dishes like Waffle with Nutella topped with whipped cream, hazelnut and cocoa and the Classic Quiche Lorraine, plus a menu for the kids. Mon Ami Gabi will also be open for dinner on Easter Sunday from 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM as well as offering carryout and delivery.

Osteria Via Stato (River North)

Easter brunch at Osteria includes a variety of Italian-inspired sweets and pastries, followed by a choice of entrée including Ciabatta French Toast with macerated strawberries, Vegetable Frittata with Applewood smoked bacon and more, plus Crispy Bread Pudding with caramel sauce and vanilla custard  for dessert. The menu is $39.95 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). Mix Bellini's tableside with the Italian Brunch Bubbly package featuring a bottle of prosecco, peach and blood orange fresh fruit puree for $54.95, plus tax. Children aged 11 years and under are $14.95, plus tax. The menu is available for dine in, as well as carryout and delivery and must be placed 48-hours prior to pick-up.

Quality Crab & Oyster Bah (Lincoln Park)

From Saturday, April 3 – Sunday, April 4 Quality Crab & Oyster Bah is offering special Easter brunch packages to-go including the Smoked Salmon and Bagels, built for two or four people, which includes all the fixings to create the perfect lox sandwich. The Smoked Salmon and Bagels package for two is $39.95, plus tax and $75.95, plus tax for four people. Chef Donny Farrell will also be creating Quiche packages to-go including the Ham & Cheddar Quiche which comes with a seasonal salad, sausage and breakfast potatoes and a Vegetarian Spinach, Mushroom & Mozzarella Quiche  which comes with a seasonal salad and fresh fruit. Each of the Quiche packages is available for $34.95, plus tax (gratuity not included) and serves 3-4 people. Add on special brunch cocktail kits from Bah including the Mimosa Cocktail Kit for $45, plus tax or Bloody Mary Kit for $65, plus tax. These packages are available to order via Tock and can be picked up at the restaurant on Saturday, April 3 from 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM and Sunday, April 4 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Carryout orders must be placed by Friday April 2 at 12:00 PM.

RPM Italian (River North)

On Sunday, April 4, RPM Italian’s doors open early at 12:00 PM and the restaurant is serving holiday specials like Braised Lamb Shank and Sweet Pea Raviolini, and more alongside the full menu. Ruth's Chris is celebrating Easter by offering up a special at-home Easter celebration feast for four for $180. The Easter celebration feast features a choice of salad (Caesar or Steak House Salad), Roasted Beef Tenderloin, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Creamed Spinach and Cheesecake. Preorders for the to-go Easter feast started on 3/1 and run throughout the month of March – guests can call their local Ruth’s Chris to place an order for pickup on April 4. Saranello's (Wheeling)

Saranello's is offering a special Easter brunch buffet on Sunday, April 4 for dine-in only. The grand buffet will be staff-serviced and feature made-to-order omelets, waffles, pasta specials, a salad station, a deluxe carving station with Baked Honey Glazed Ham, Roasted Prime Rib of Beef au jus and horseradish sauce, Smoked turkey Breast, endless mini desserts, as well as champagne and fresh fruit Mimosas, and more. STK Steakhouse is celebrating Easter with both a dine-in (brunch and dinner) and takeout  and delivery offerings. On April 4, guests dining in-restaurant will be offered King Crab Deviled Eggs for $29 and Roasted Rack of Lamb for $69 (Friday-Sunday all day), Ham, Egg and Truffle Fries for $29 (brunch only) and Honey Citrus Glazed Ham, featuring grilled giant shrimp, almond green beans, pickled mustard seeds, brussels sprouts coleslaw and parmesan mashed potatoes for $49 (dinner only). The Goddess and Grocer

Owner Debbie Sharpe of The Goddess and Grocer has created a special Easter menu. The menu features a la carte Brunch, Appetizers, Salad, Sides, Whole Ham, Desserts, Whole Cakes, and Wine offerings. Tzuco will be offering its full brunch menu on Sunday, April 4th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. Reservations are now available via Resy for seating indoors or on Tzuco’s all-season, enclosable patio. The menu will also be available for carryout and delivery.

Pennyville Station (Park Ridge)

Pennyville Station will offer Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 4th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. In addition to Pennyville’s full brunch menu, guests will also have an option to order two holiday specials including:

Osteria Trulli (Arlington Heights)

Osteria Trulli will be open regular hours (11:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.) on Sunday, April 4th for the Easter holiday, offering its full menu of Pugliese cuisine. In addition to the full menu, which celebrates a variety of housemade pasta, traditional seafood preparations, roasted meats, and more, Chef Giovanni DeNigris will also offer Pugliese Easter specialties including Lamb Shank, Lamb Chops, and Lamb Tiella (a meat, vegetable, and potato dish cooked in a clay pot), all cooked inside Osteria Tulli’s wood-fire oven.
