Celebrate the arrival of 2016 at Earls Kitchen + Bar on Thursday, December 31. Chef Chris Memme is offering a celebratory 5-course prix fixe dinner for $45 per person with an optional cocktail and wine pairing for an additional $30. Guests will start with Tuna Tostada followed by their choice of Roasted Corn and Poblano Cheese Dip or Sicilian Calamari to share, an intermezzo of fields greens followed by a choice of Lemon Glazed Atlantic Salmon with smoked eggplant yogurt, farro, green beans, spicy harissa or a Certified Black Angus Sirloin with peppercorn or bourbon mushroom demi-glace. Two desserts, a vanilla Gelato Sundae meant for sharing or a Gingerbread Cake for those for those who prefer not to share, are offered. For diners who are not sure quite what they will have a taste for, the restaurant’s complete regular menu and cocktail list will also be available.
Diners with reservations at 8:00pm or later will receive party favors and a glass of bubbly for a midnight toast as part of the prix fixe dinner package. Guests with earlier reservations who are planning to welcome in the New Year at Chi Town Rising, Navy Pier or elsewhere will be treated to a glass of sparkling wine as part of the dinner package.
Reservations are recommended: please call (312) 929-3952 or email [email protected]
Earls Kitchen + Bar will be open New Year’s Day with Brunch menu available, which includes some refreshing items – like Bibimbap and a curry that’d stand up to the best curries in the world (Vancouver is one of the most ethnically diverse cities in North America), along with items such as a Croque Madame, a Goat Cheese Frittata and, of course, Canada’s killer Bloody Caesar designed by its internationally acclaimed beverage director Cameron Bogue.
