Dēliz Italian Steakhouse, Bucktown’s wood-fired Italian steakhouse from restaurateur Steve Gogolab and Chef Partner Jakob Peterson, has officially kicked off new weekly programming with the launch of Pizza Mondays.
Dēliz is introducing a new reason to start the week in Bucktown with Pizza Mondays, featuring a selection of wood-fired pizzas available every Monday.
The new lineup includes:
Dēliz Classic | $21 Tomato crudo, mozzarella, fontina, ricotta di bufala and basil
Pepperoni & ’Nduja | $24 Tomato crudo, mozzarella, fontina, pepperoni, ’nduja and Calabrian chili honey
On Monday, June 29th, Dēliz will host Pizz’Amici x Dēliz, a one-night-only collaboration dinner bringing together the culinary teams behind both restaurants. The evening will feature a collection of chef-crafted pizzas from both kitchens, along with signature dishes that highlight each restaurant’s distinct style. Guests can expect pairings and exclusive menu items. Tickets are $25 per person and applied toward the final bill.
