Dusek’s is celebrating Women’s Month by highlighting different female wine makers every day during the week of March 27. There will also be a special five-course wine dinner at Dusek's in private dining room, the Beer Cellar, and each course will be paired with a natural wine by Emme Wines created by Rosalind out of Northern California who farms grapes organically and makes wine without additives. 

Women in Wine Week features:

Monday: Day Wines

Tuesday: Claire Hill Wines

Wednesday: Emme Wines

Thursday: Red Tail Ridge

Friday: Inconnu

Emme Wines Dinner will take place Wednesday, March 29th from 6-8pm. The event is $130 including tax & gratuity. There will be 24 seats available and tickets are available for purchase on Dusek's website. The menu will feature five courses and wine pairings:

FIRST COURSE

"Tell Your Sister I Said Hi" Colombard/Chardonnay 

Kombu Cured & Roasted Scallops with crispy sunchokes, green apple and herb emulsion, fresh horseradish, and Kombu oil in apple emulsion. 

SECOND COURSE

"Pink Lemonade" Chillable Red Blend

Lamb & Clam with seared lamb carpaccio, cherry stone clams marinated in tarragon forward chimichurri, cured and charred baby onion petals, and beer clam sauce. 

THIRD COURSE

“Enhorabuena” Carignan Sablefish Misoyaki with serrano ham sauce, charred Chicory and red verjus. 

FOURTH COURSE

"Gu'est-cegue Signifie: Ephemere" Grenache

Spiced Dry Aged Duck Breast with coal roasted and marinated whole leeks, anise hyssop, and piquillo pepper marmalade.
