Dusek's + Brooklyn's Roberta's Announces Menu + Collab Pie for Pop-up March 8-10

Get in on a piece of the action as Roberta’s pop-up returns to Dusek’s Board & Beer THIS WEEKEND (March 8-10)! The crew will once again create lines down the block as they now reveal the full menu of pizzas and drinks, including the all-new Roberta’s X Dusek’s collaborative pie, the Green Screen — made with semi-soft taleggio cheese, rich pork sausage, earthy broccoli rabe, garlic, spicy chili flakes and a squeeze of fresh lemon. 

THE MENU: In addition to this exclusive Green Screen pizza, guests can get in on the cheesy goodness with Roberta’s favorites including: The Famous Original with tomato, mozzarella, caciocavallo and parmigiano, Jon Bon Chovy with mozzarella, lacinato kale, garlic, roasted sun choke and anchovy, the Rosso (a vegan pie) made with tomato, oregano and garlic among others. Wash down all that pizza with beers from Brooklyn Brewery, as well as cocktails including the Pizza Mary with Wheatley Vodka and arrabiata bloody mary mix, Carpano Spritz with Carpano Spritz Carpano Classico, prosecco, sparkling water, orange bitters and more. 

A portion of the proceeds from the pop-up sales will be donated to GirlForward, a non-profit organization that creates a community of support dedicated to creating and enhancing opportunities for girls who have been displaced by conflict and persecution. Any way you slice it, it’s going to be a great weekend! The Roberta’s menu will be available this weekend ONLY at Dusek’s, while supplies last. Hours are Friday, March 8th, from 5 - 10 PM, Saturday, March 9th, from 5 - 10 PM, and Sunday, March 10th, from 11 AM - 3 PM.
