Michelin-starred chef Donal Young (formerly of Venteux and Temporis) is launching Duck Sel — a 12-course, two-day culinary experience at RLM Events and Design. Available Friday, April 1 and Friday, April 8, Duck Sel will explore contemporary American cuisine with a Midwest flair influenced by Donald's upbringing in Chicago and time spent working in France. At this concept, modern approaches are woven through classical techniques to showcase a focus on local and seasonal ingredients, sustainable cooking, and dry-aging processes. The pre-fix coursed dinner begins at 6 p.m. Tickets are $250 per person and can be purchased via Tock.
