Bedderman Lodging Food & Beverage Director Sarah Jordan returns to her Irish roots this St. Patrick’s Day, offering an all-day “Are You Irish Enough?” Breakfast ($17) at DropShot Coffee & Snack Bar starting Friday, March 16 through Sunday, March 18.
Located inside River North boutique hotel FieldHouse Jones, and a 15 minute walk from the Chicago River and Old Town’s Irish pubs, start your day the Irish way and check out Chef Sarah Jordan’s spin on a traditional Irish Breakfast. The Are You Irish Enough breakfast is a plate of Irish Sausage, Back Bacon, White and Black Pudding all from Winston’s Sausage on the South Side, Seared Tomatoes, Sauteed Mushrooms, and Baked Beans served with toast and coffee or tea. The Are You Irish Enough breakfast is the way to fuel your day of celebrating, or soak up your hangover from the night before.
The breakfast will be offered all day Friday, March 16 through Sunday, March 18 from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
