Tuman’s Tap & Grill hosts Meet the Brewer Night with Chicago-based Dovetail Brewery on Thursday, December 28. The beers will be tapped at 4 p.m. and the Dovetail crew will be in-house from 7-9 p.m. Featured beers include Holiday Bock, Rauchbier and Bourbon Barrel-Aged Rauchbier (aged in Koval Distillery bourbon barrels).
