This Easter, Vermilion - an Indian-Latin fusion restaurant - is offering India’s favorite brunch fare - Dosas and Frankies. The restaurant will offer 16 different Dosas and Frankies, Indian-Latin egg dishes including “Anda Paratha” Loaded (open layered flatbread paratha, scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, topped with choice of chorizo/paneer/portabella) and Migas Frittata (baked spinach eggs, pico de gallo, coriander kadai, sweet potato), as well as tumblers of C-3 Sangria (infused with cardamom, clove and cinnamon). For dessert, the Vermilion Hedonism and Spiced Churros with Caramel Coconut Dip.
