Cantina Laredo in River North will hold a Don Julio tequila dinner on Saturday, February 25, featuring modern Mexican cuisine paired with festive libations. Starting at 7 p.m., learn the history of Don Julio tequila, sip a variety of neat pours and enjoy a four course menu paired with tequila cocktails. Chef Hector Rivera's menu includes bacon-wrapped jalapeno shrimp, roasted tomato and artichoke soup, choice of entree (lamb chops; redfish) and dulce de leche cheesecake. Each course will be paired with a Don Julio cocktail.
