III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in Chicago's Lakeshore East neighborhood, is pleased to announce an exclusive wine dinner in partnership with Hart Davis Hart Wine Co. On Saturday, May 16 at 7 p.m., participating guests will enjoy serene park and cityscape views from the gorgeous rooftop setting, while multiple Sommeliers (Chris McFall, Advanced Sommelier, Court of Master Sommelier; James Bube, Advanced Sommelier, Court of Master Sommelier; to be announced guest Sommelier) guide them through a special evening of exquisite wine and food, including a 2007 Montrachet.
Executive Chef Billy Caruso will present a five course dinner paired with a selection of wines from the Domaine de la Romanee-Conti (varietals outlined below). At the end of the evening, each guest will be presented with a custom engraved bottle of Hennessy XO.
