Dogfish Head Black Wednesday Tap Feature at Tuman’s Tap & Grill

Tuman’s hosts Dogfish Head Brewery the night before Thanksgiving (aka Black Wednesday) for a special tapping of the Delaware-based brewery’s beers.  The event showcases two limited-release beers: 120 Minute IPA, an unfiltered continuously-hopped and dry-hopped Imperial IPA that is released in small quantities twice per year; and 75 Minute IPA, a periodic release from the brewery’s Art Series that is brewed with Massachusetts maple syrup, continuously-hopped with a variety of American hops, and dry-hopped with Cascade hops.

90 Minute IPA and 60 Minute IPA, round out the Dogfish Head lineup. Food specials include a Paulina Meat Market Turducken Bratwurst Platter with mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce. No cover; beers range from $6-$9 each. Tapping at 4 p.m.; meet the Dogfish Head crew 7-9 p.m.
