On Friday, February 7, Dialtone Coffee + Wine Bar (1136 N Wells St) opens its doors in Old Town, as an all-day café experience.
"Dialtone was created to be a space where the community can gather, connect, and unwind - whether you're grabbing a quick coffee in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine with friends at night," said Yan Philipov, General Manager of Dialtone Coffee + Wine Bar. "We wanted to craft an environment that feels like an extension of the neighborhood, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated to reflect the vibe and energy of Old Town."
By day, guests will be offered Metric Coffee alongside pastries crafted by Bad Butter (formerly Dan the Baker). The menu also features freshly baked Italian-style focaccia sandwiches that use Tempesta meats, and hand-selected imported ingredients like creamy burrata and tangy aged balsamic.
As the sun sets, Dialtone will offer a curated selection of wines from regions such as Bordeaux and Tuscany. The evening menu expands with shareable cheese and charcuterie boards. A small retail section offers international wines, craft beers, elevated non-alcoholic beverages, and small-batch local snacks.
