Attendees will experience a line-up of wines that explore various vintage flavors from Southern Napa Valley paired with a five-course Darioush -inspired dinner prepared by Executive Chef Mario Hernandez of Del Frisco’s Chicago.

Original dishes crafted for this prix fixe dinner menu include:

  • Mustard Seed Dusted Ora King Salmon with strawberry-apple chutney, soft poached egg and sweet pea tendrils.
  • Five Spice Braised Short Rib with English pea risotto and tomato-caramelized garlic broth.
  • 45 Day Dry-Aged Bone-In Prime Ribeye with root vegetable ragout, roasted oyster mushroom and dark chocolate-sour cherry demi.
