Chef Dominique Leach is teaming up with her friend Chef Danny Espinosa (Cantina Laredo) for a special collaborative menu of Mexican staples with her own pitmaster twist.

The limited menu will be sold to the public at Lexington Betty Smokehouse (756 E 111th St) on Saturday, December 10th only, starting at noon, while supplies last. The special collaborative menu will feature: 

  • 2 Brisket tamales $13 - Brisket, banana leaf, masa, sour cream, queso cotija, salsa cruda
  • 2 pork tamales $11 - Pork, corn husk, masa, sour cream, queso cotija, salsa morita 
  • Smoked chicken green pozole $17 - 1 liter of pozole, hominy soup, smoked chicken, cabbage, red onion, radishes, tostadas.
