Reposado Tequila: The Casamigos Poloma Cocktail A ceviche of gulf shrimp, lime, onions, cilantro, clamato, & cholula sauce
Second Course:
Blanco Tequila: Served Neat
Braised chicken, orange, honey, cilantro lime rice
Third Course: Reposado Tequila: Served Neat
Crab cake, chipotle, corn & avocado salsa, spicy aioli
Fourth Course:
Anejo Tequila: Served Neat
Steak carnitas, refried black beans & rice, warm tortillas
Fifth Course: Reposado Tequila: The Margarita “Hokkaido Bay” scallop quesadillas, fire roasted peppers, avocado, Chihuahua cheese, crème fraiche
