Since launching its ongoing collaboration dinner series in 2023, Ramen-san Lincoln Park has invited some of their favorite chefs and culinary teams to create original menus inspired by their individual cooking styles. Over the last year, Ramen-san has collaborated with chefs and restaurant teams such as Thai Dang, Ethan Lim, Jade Court, Stephen Gillanders, Manny's Deli, UMAMICUE, and more. 

Chef Dale Talde returns to his hometown of Chicago for this one-night-only collaboration – guests will be able choose his 4-course menu (priced at $65) that features Shanghai Lumpia (Pork, Black Truffle, Chives. Truffle Soy Vinegar), Snow Pea Salad (Winter Citrus, Pickled Chili, Hot and Sour Tamarind), Oxtail Bone Broth and Rice Noodle (Charred Onion, Dry Aged Sirloin, Pickled Garlic), and Halo Halo (Calamansi Shaved Ice, Coconut Cream, Coconut de Nato, Almond).

Reservations are available via OpenTable for the dinner taking place on March 26th from 5:30 to 8:30pm.
