Daisies x Pilot Project Brewing To Release Vermouth-Inspired Hard Kombucha This June

Daisies and Pilot Project Brewing's house brand "Brewer's Kitchen”, are teaming up to create a vermouth-inspired hard kombucha co-fermented with orange wine and featuring organic white tea and Frillman Farms organic strawberry, rhubarb, honey and botanicals.

Launching in mid-June, the product will be available at both Daisies and Pilot Project Brewing in cans or bottles.

Pilot Project is a brewery incubator, tasting room & cafe located on Milwaukee Ave in Logan Square.
