Explained: Daisies Transitions to Winter with New Seasonal Vegetable-Forward Drinks

The Parsnip Eggnog has officially hit the menu coming in moose mugs. This eggnog is milk-free and features whole egg, Cognac, rum and a roasted parsnip puree, topped with grated nutmeg. 

The team makes the parsnip puree by roasting, poaching (with Star Anise, Clove, Cardamom, and Allspice) and then pureeing the parsnips. 

Two additional new cocktails are listed below.

  • Currantly unknown - tequila, black currant, falernum, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, rosemary
  • Nook n Cranny - vodka, cranberry shrub, apologue aronia liqueur, sparkling wine
