In addition to the virtual market, Daisies owner/executive chef Joe Frillman is launching a weekly Sunday Shop starting May 17 from 10am-2pm at Daisies restaurant. This is a pop-up spanning the dining rooms and outdoor patio area, allowing local farmers and brands to share their goods with the community. The lineup includes Frillman Farms, Preserved States, Daisies, Klug Farm, Catalpa Grove and RealGood Stuff Co.

They will sell items such as ramp butter, jam, Green Circle whole raw chickens, pasta kits, produce from the farms, conservas from Preserved States, lamb and pork from Catalpa Grove, fresh juice from RealGood Stuff Co. and more.

Visitors will have the opportunity to directly purchase local ingredients that the professionals use in their kitchens, as well as support small businesses and farming communities.

They will have protocols in place to take every precaution possible to ensure the safety of the guests and staff members. Chef Frillman hopes to fill the void of grocery stores in Logan Squares with a local focus, while also supporting those who may have lost business due to the closure of summer farmers markets.
