Daisies Introduces New Vegetable Cocktail Flight & Saturday Brunch

Daisies is launching the Imbibe Option cocktail flight as another way to use seasonal ingredients and reduce waste. The inspiration for the low-waste cocktails comes from the culinary traditions that are the foundation of the restaurant, namely using everything you can get flavor out of. The flight includes four smaller cocktails (listed below), each with a different spirit and produce component all for $20.

Imbibe Option

• beet old fashioned (Rye/Beet/Bitters)
• night vision (Campari/Carpano Antica/Carrot & Orange Juices) 
• physician's friend (Letherbee Gin, Suze, our herb scrap and verjus syrup, and soda water)
• pretty rad (Mezcal/Cocchi Americano/Celery Root Liqueur/Verjus/Radish)

Brunch will also now be available on Saturdays in addition to their usual Sunday hours from 10am-2pm. This extension provides an opportunity to get brunch-only items like polenta waffles and eggs benedict with roasted mushrooms, leeks and mustard hollandaise.
