Dēliz Italian Steakhouse, Bucktown’s wood-fired Italian steakhouse from restaurateur Steve Gogolab and Chef Partner Jakob Peterson, continues their weekly Pizza Mondays programming.
On July 27th, Dēliz will continue the celebration with a special collaboration dinner with Friends of Friends, a neighborhood cocktail bar in Chicago's West Town. Abe Vucekovich, owner & beverage director, has helped shape beverage programs like Violet Hour and Meadowlark.
Following their collaboration with Pizz’Amici, the new lineup brings three Friends of Friends options to Dēliz:
Herbal & Zesty no. 2 (Highball vibes) Absolut Vodka, Italicus, Pisco, Yerba Mate, House Made Ginger Beer
Alpine & Tropical (Shaken + surprise) Del Maguey Vida, Havana Club, Genepy, Lime, Sage, House Made Tepache
The lineup also features a custom wood-fired pizza creation with stracciatella, grilled peaches, prosciutto, arugula, saba drizzle, and malört spritz. Tickets can be purchased through Open Table and are $25 per person, applied toward the final bill.
