Curfew by Fabio Viviani Now Open in Streeterville

Fabio Viviani, the Chicago chef behind local spots like Siena Tavern, Bar Siena and Prime & Provisions (and 30+ other restaurants nationwide), has announced the official opening of Curfew.  Located steps from the Magnificent Mile, Curfew is a tavern and lounge offering a menu of American, Italian and Spanish fare.

Now open for Lunch and Dinner, Curfew offers a selection of shareable plates as well as traditionally sized appetizers, entrees and sides.

Offerings from the opening menu include:

Potato Ricotta Dumplings - Braised Lamb, Brussels Sprout, Parmesan Cream

Baccala Moderno - Salt Cod, Whipped Potato, Celery, Cured Egg Yolk

Smoked Steak Tartare - Giardiniera Emulsion, Grilled Bread

Boar Sausage Roman Style Pizza - Onion, Leek, Mozzarella, Parmesan

Guests looking for a spot to watch sporting events can grab a seat at the bar and catch all the action on one of Curfew’s flatscreen TV’s. Bar bites will be offered, such as Moroccan Chili Wings with Citrus Dressing, the Curfew Steak Burger topped with Red Wine Onion, Taleggio and Truffle Mustard and Deluxe Fries topped with Fried Giardiniera, Mozzarella and Pepperoni

Curfew’s beverage program is anchored by a collection of specialty craft cocktails.  Created by mixologist Marko Milunovic, the cocktail list was designed to both complement Chef Fabio’s food and stand on its own. 

Options from the current cocktail menu include:

Fly High Butterfly - Tito’s Vodka, Limoncello, Elderflower Liqueur House-Made Ginger Syrup, Lemon Juice, Fresh Mint, Butterfly Pea Tea 

Magnificent - Coconut Oil Washing Plantation 3 Star Rum, Combier Crème de Banane, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup, Fresh Menu, Mist Green Chartreuse 

Curfew is located at 152 E. Ontario St.  The restaurant is open on Monday - Thursday and Sunday from 11:00am - 10:00pm and Friday - Saturday from 11:00am – 11:00pm.
