Del Frisco's will serve a prix fixe Valentine’s Day menu. The four-course menu will be available February 9-14, 2018 at the steakhouse’s Gold Coast location.
On this sweetest of days, guests can choose from several Valentine’s Day selections to craft their meal. The will kick off a starry-eyed evening with starters such as Seared Wagyu Beef Carpaccio or Del’s Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. Lobster Bisque or the Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge will be offered before guests dive into award-winning steak entrees such as Filet Mignon or the 16-ounce Prime Ribeye, as well as fresh fish and chicken options. The menu will also offer a variety of sides such as Château Mashed Potatoes and Creamed Spinach. The romance concludes with a choice of decadent dessert including Chocolate Soufflé Cake and Crème Brûlée.
For an extra treat, guests have the option to add Chilled Oysters with Caviar Mignonette paired with two glasses of Veuve Clicquot to their meal, as well as elevating entrée options with a 45-Day Dry Aged 16-ounce Prime Strip.
The prix fixe menu is available for $90 per person excluding alcohol, tax and gratuity.
