Craft Beer German Rosemont

Throughout October, Bavarian specialties and entertainment will be on tap during Crust Brewing’s “Crustoberfest,” taking place in Rosemont’s Parkway Bank Park entertainment district.

This October, the team at Crust Brewing is pulling out their lederhosen and dirndl to kick off this year’s Crustoberfest celebration with a new entertainment lineup and a limited-time menu featuring Bavarian specialties and handcrafted brews.

Guests can fill their beer stein with Crust’s signature “Crustoberfest Bier,” a classic German Lager brewed in-house. Crustoberfest will also offer a spin on the classic “German Mule,” made from Tito’s vodka, lime juice, ginger ale and Hefeweizen beer. Bavarian foods are also on the specialty menu, which includes jumbo salted pretzels and the Sausage Tower, which consists of the chef’s selection of sausages served with mashed potatoes, sauerkraut and salted soft pretzels.

Crust Brewing’s “Crustoberfest” celebration will also include live music every weekend in October, on Fridays and Saturdays from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., with the signature headliner the “Zicke-Zacke Party Band,” a German band that specializes in Oktoberfest-inspired hits, performing every Sunday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
