Latest update: Costera Cocina Tulum Launches Weekend Brunch Menu

Parker Hospitality’s latest concept, Costera Cocina Tulum debuted its weekend brunch on October 28, 2023. 

Drawing inspiration from the coastal and Mayan flavors of Tulum, the new brunch menu presents a selection that includes a raw bar, egg specialties, pancakes, enchiladas, burritos, burgers, crisp salads, and more.

This menu is a collaborative creation by Chef Rick Tramonto and Executive Chef Aldo Ayala, offering options such as:

  • Piña Colada French Toast 

  • Costera’s Omelette 

  • Mole Poblano Enchiladas 

  • Mollettes

  • Steak and Eggs
