Cantina Laredo in River North will hold a Corzo tequila dinner on Saturday, November 21. The event will begin with a cocktail reception at 7 p.m., followed by a four course meal at 7:30 p.m. Participating guests will learn the history of Corzo tequila, sip a variety of neat pours and enjoy modern Mexican dishes paired with tequila cocktails.
Chef Hector Rivera's menu will feature Beef Tamal with Chorizo Corn Hash to start, followed by Sopa y Pozole con Pollo, choice of entree (Bone-in Pork Chop with Guajillo Tamarind Sauce; Sea Bass with Habanero Mango Salsa) and Guava Flan to finish. Each course will be paired with a creative tequila cocktail. A representative from Corzo tequila will lead this fun and educational tasting event.
