Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants has announced the opening of its first location in Chicago this November at 58 East Oak Street, Chicago, IL 60611. In conjunction with the opening, Cooper’s Hawk will host hiring fairs on the following dates to fill 219 positions for front and back of house operations:
Fair hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at the hiring center located at the John Hancock Building, 875 North Michigan Avenue, 13 Floor, Chicago, IL 60611. Full-time and part-time positions are available, including kitchen staff, houseworkers, tasting room attendants, servers, hosts and bartenders. Interested candidates who are unable to attend may also apply online by visiting chicago.apply.chwinery.com or text “CHCHI” to 77948.
“The new restaurant in the former Esquire Theater will be a one-of-a-kind experience in Chicago,” said Tim McEnery, Founder and CEO. “Our first downtown location will take the Cooper’s Hawk brand to a new level and will be enhanced by team members who embody our hospitality-driven passion and can serve as the restaurant’s ambassadors.”
