Coconutz on Division Celebrates Spring With Daily Cancun Trip Giveaways

Coconutz Chicago is celebrating Spring with four days of Spring Break Beach parties from Wednesday March 29 through Saturday, April 1. The island-inspired bar will transform into Chicago’s beach destination with sand-covered floors, dreamy ukulele tunes from Johnny Lono, King of Tiki Music and Bingo, DJ-led dance parties, and plenty of Tiki cocktails, floral leis, beach balls and more. Every person that comes to the Coconutz Spring Break Beach Party will receive a raffle ticket with a drawing nightly at midnight for a chance to win one of four nightly giveaways to a three-night Apple Vacations trip for two to Cancun, Mexico, an iconic spring break destination.

Beach Bingo and the ukulele music of grass-skirt-wearing Johnny Lono will be featured from 8 p.m. until midnight on Wednesday, March 29 and Thursday, March 30. On Friday and Saturday, the bar will transform into a luau dance party with a DJ spinning party tunes from 10 p.m. until 4 a.m. on Friday 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. on Saturday. Prizes will be given to the “Best Beach Dressed” guy and girl each night of Spring Break. In addition, on Friday and Saturday, the venue will have a body painter with more fun beach party vibes throughout the night. 

Spring break partiers can enjoy island-inspired cocktails including, Mermaid Water, Seaside Sangria and Cucumber Lime Zinger to take their mind away from Chicago. And every night is happier with happy hour specials from 8 p.m. -10 p.m., including $1 Coronitas, $2 Red Stripes and $3 Punch in the Nutz cocktails. Guests can also enjoy a bite from Coconutz new spring menu, including Mango-Sriracha Hummus, Hawaiian Mini Sliders, Jerk Chicken Flatbread and Tiki Tacos.
