Classic Cocktail Classes at Brasserie by C&C

Brasserie by C&C (5940 N. Broadway Street), located in Edgewater, will hold cocktail classes every Saturday afternoon. On June 24, July 1, July 8 and July 15 at 3 p.m., beverage director Matt Bresnahan will lead participants through an interactive tasting event, featuring different classic libations and spirits each week (agave; whiskey; gin; summer cocktails).

The fee to participate is $30 per person.

CLASSIC COCKTAILS CLASS

Agave: Saturday, June 24
Focus on classic tequila and mezcal libations, such as a Margarita and Paloma 

Whiskey: Saturday, July 1
Create whiskey/bourbon classics, including an Old Fashioned and Manhattan

Gin: Saturday, July 8
Learn how to make the perfect Martini and Dorchester

Summer Cocktails: Saturday, July 15
Matt will explore some of his brightest and most refreshing summer cocktails
