City Tap Hosting Solstice Saison Brunch June 22

City Tap is hosting a Solstice Saison Brunch this Saturday, June 22. To celebrate the official first day of summer, City Tap is partnering up with Whiner Beer Co. and drinking Saison beer, a  Belgian Farmhouse style for the summer season.

City Tap will be crafting brunch beer cocktails, pouring a local cold brew on draft, eating brunch creations, playing patio games and unveiling its new “‘Market Brunch Beer” specially made for City Tap by Whiner.

Limited brunch items include:

·         Crispy Shrimp Cups $15: beer batter, Bibb lettuce, peanuts, sweet soy mushrooms, Thai chili sauce, cilantro

·         Beer Braised Carnitas Tacos $16: charred pineapple pico, pickled onion, poblano cream

·         Saison Brined Chicken Schnitzel $19: beer cheese and braised bacon spaetzle, sauerkraut, creamy dill sauce
