WHAT: Cindy’s Thanksgiving Pie in the Sky. Executive Pastry Chef Jove Hubbard offers his pastry creations Tuesday, November 21 and Wednesday, November 22 for pre-order and purchase at Cindy’s.
The pies are available to guests by both pre-order and for immediate purchase in the pie shop located within the rooftop restaurant. Pie in the Sky flavors will include:
While Chef Hubbard’s pies provide guests the opportunity to bring a taste of Cindy’s home for the holiday season, Cindy’s Spirit Guide Nandini Khaund also invites guests to warm up, sip and stay awhile with a new hot cocktail before heading out the door with a fresh pie. Added to the potions and elixirs menu this fall, these winter warmers include: Chamurrado & Churro, a riff on the classic Mexican hot chocolate served faithfully with a churro; Sweet Poison, Cindy’s twist on a hot toddy incorporating local berries along with aquavit berry liquor, Chinese 5 spice and honey; and Forbidden Milk, a combination of Amaro Nonino, Braulio, coconut, forbidden black rice milk, black sesame and dried rose.
