Christmas Eve Dining at The Chicago Firehouse

The Chicago Firehouse restaurant will host holiday celebrants for a four course Christmas Eve prix fixe menu on Tuesday, December 24. From 3 p.m. to 10 p.m., the South Loop steakhouse will present the choice of appetizer (prime beef tartare; wedge salad; potato and celery soup), entree (braised beef short rib; roasted sea bass; prime ribeye steak Diane for two), cheese course (tasting of local cheeses), and dessert (vanilla gingerbread tart; chocolate fudge cake) for $69 per person. Optional sommelier selected wine pairings (4) may be added for $38 per person.

Children ages 5-12 may enjoy a kids' prix fixe menu for $15, featuring the choice of starter (fruit plate; chicken noodle soup; petite salad), entree (roasted turkey with mashed potatoes; chicken tenders with fries; petite sirloin) and dessert (ice cream sundae; chocolate chip cookies).
