Logan Square’s family owned Indian and Nepalese eatery Chiya Chai has enhanced its house-brewed chai program with new fall-forward chai flavors.
The chai program already features 150 possible combinations using an array of specialty teas, milks and spices. Chiya Chai will celebrate fall’s arrival with all-new seasonal chai recipes, starting in October:
Pecan Maple - This chai channels the flavors of nutty autumn pies with a toasty sweetness.
Apple Pie - Drawing inspiration from early fall’s harvest-ripe apple baked goods, the new Apple Pie chai reinterprets a seasonal dessert staple into a sippable fall beverage.
Pumpkin Spice - A twist on the ubiquitous pumpkin spice latte, this Pumpkin Spice chai combines two fall flavors.
Pear and Ginger - This mix of subtle and assertive ingredients creates a tea drink sweetened with pear notes complemented by a ginger-driven edge.
