New Chilled Summer Special at Strings Ramen

Strings Ramen's new summer special is now available at all three Strings' Chicago locations in Chinatown, Lakeview, and Hyde Park.

The new Hiyashi Chuka begins with Strings' chilled, homemade ramen noodles. From there, it's topped with julienne sliced ham, pan fried tamago egg, cucumber, wood ear mushroom, fresh tomato, red ginger, and scallion oil, drizzled with a refreshing yuzu soy sauce. Available regular size $13.95, or X-Large $15.95.

Strings Ramen offers pick-up and delivery through all major apps at their locations in Chinatown: 2141 South Archer Avenue, Lakeview: 919 West Belmont Avenue, and Hyde Park: 1453 East 53rd Street.
