Located at 850 W Fulton Market, Chikatana is a cantina with menus that reflect both Mexico's cuisine and the Midwestern seasonal harvest. Chef Guillermo Reyes and his team have recently launched a new weekend brunch menu.

Brunch is available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday-Sunday and reservations can be made on Resy. The menu follows the regional Mexican theme with housemade pastries, Chilaquiles, Huevos Rancheros, Churro French Toast, Sopes Benedictos, and some more lunch-focused items like Enfrijoles, Torta de Cochinita and Asada con Huevos.

There is an entire brunch cocktail menu created by Beverage Director Blaze LaRoe with drinks like Spiked Horchata, the Maguey de Olla made with anejo tequila, piloncillo, cinnamon, mole bitters, and orange, Jamaica Mimosas (among other brunch drink staples), and $3 select beers. They also offer Café de Olla- black coffee with dehydrated orange peels and housemade spiced piloncillo.
