Robert et Fils is now offering Raclette Sundays which is all about combining food with melted cheese. This cheesy option is now available every Sunday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. 

Raclette is a semi-hard cheese that is melted and put over potatoes, charcuterie styled meats, or pickled onions. This cheese is produced in the French and Swiss Alps and is traditionally served in Switzerland. Chef Rob has also prepared a few a la carte items as well. Below are the food items available on Sundays with the Raclette: 

  • White Anchovies

  • Marcona Almonds- smoked salt

  • Marinated Olives- fennel, citrus, herbes de Provençe

  • Jambon Beurre- city ham, house cultured butter

  • Sugar Cookies

  • Three Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Chocolate Fondant
