Chicago Restaurant Week at III Forks

III Forks Prime Steakhouse, located in the Lakeshore East neighborhood, is offering a three course dinner menu for $48 through February 7. The special prix fixe is part of Chicago Restaurant Week, an annual dining event put together by Choose Chicago. 

Guests may choose a starter course and entree, and will be served a dessert. Optional wine pairings may be added for $16.

Course One
Choose:

Tuna Carpaccio with garlic aioli, sea salt, fried shallots and micro arugula salad
or
Rhone Salad served warm with Rhone brie cheese on a buttered French baguette on mixed greens tossed with a roasted shallot vinaigrette

Course Two
Choose:

Shrimp and Prosciutto Risotto with mushrooms, topped with Grana Padano
or
Lamb Chops with lentils du Puy 

Course Three
vanilla Creme Brûlée with fresh berries
