Chicago Empanada Mama Hosting February Weekend Empanada-Making Classes and Mixology Experiences

Throughout the month of February, Chicago Empanada Mama will be hosting a Saturday Mixology Experience and Sunday Empanada Fiesta! interactive classes.

On February 8th, 15th, and 22nd, the West Town spot will offer their Mixology Experience, where you can participate in hands-on classes led by mixologists who will teach you how to craft cocktails. The 60-minute class, for groups of 2-8, includes 2x drinks and a novelty glass, and tickets can be purchased on the restaurant’s website.

On Sunday February 9th, 16th, and 23rd, the Chicago Empanada Mama will host a hands-on, 90-minute class where you'll learn to craft an empanada from scratch - rolling, filling, and sealing. Partake in your creations with a rice dish and a side. You’ll also learn the origins of empanadas and how they’ve evolved around the world, along with tips and tricks. Class takes place from 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm. Tickets can be purchased on Chicago Empanada Mama’s website.
